Fred, I didn't notice your post before (it got buried in the sea of posts here). My guess would be the lithium may be responsible for the weakness. I have had a little trouble in the past with that. The nortrip. might cause some inner restlessness, esp. if you are bipolar and you are taking a "standard" dose of that med. It really doesn't *sound* like EPS to me. If you had "external" restlessness (pacing, unable to sit still in the absence of manic symptoms/mood elevation or anxiety) that would definitely sound like EPS.--Mitch
