Hi, I have seen your posts on this and thought about responding, but the "chill" I get doesn't last all the time. It is just the first few hours after my noon meal when I take my first fish oil dose. I take a 2nd one in the late afternoon, too. In my case I believe it is just the relative inactivity that tends to follow a meal and I get cold because I am not up moving around as much (and it is winter).
