Good luck - there is hope. I was on 450 mg. of Effexor a day, and withdrew; I've been off a month now and feel great! Try taking 75 mg. every other day. I thought that seemed to make it easier. If you can't stand it anymore, give in and take it a little sooner, like every 1 1/2 days. It can be done. Good luck!!!
