I've coped with the panic thing for nearly 20 years and like you have always been able to do pretty much what I needed to do. In fact I'm great in the face of a real emergency...the one everyone always calls on for help. Scary thought, huh? Weird that everything seemed to get worse when I finally sought help. But a my doc says, I wouldn't have sought help if things hadn't been getting worse on their own, the wrong meds just pushed me there faster. Thanks to you for lettiing me share/vent whatever. Worrier.
