I'm pretty stuck and frustrated because I hate living like this and want my life back! My anticipatory anxiety was so great that I backed out of taking a trip with my family to visit relatives and friends 1200 miles away - I couldn't handle being "that far" from home, and have spent the holiday alone - since they went without me (and I don't blame them).

I think if you take benzos on a regular basis for a while you will no longer feel sedated

just anecdotal evidence + personal experience
