Same here - the rep on the customer service line two weeks ago, said, "Oh it's available no problem." Dumb shit (pardon my french). I only wonder if the "retooling" thing is another bogus story. Who gave you that explanation - sales rep. - somebody on the customer service line? I'm ready to demand to speak to the product manager - I want the truth.
