There should be no problem in taking one,
this day and the other tomorrow. They
do not interact with eachother.

As far as dose goes, 40mg celexa is twice
the initial/standard dose of Celexa,
you will probably not want to go immediatly
to the equivilant in Zoloft. It will probably
have a few different side effects. Perhaps
start with 50 mg ?

Consult a doctor or pharmacist.
