> I have already eaten 2 bowls of cereal and I haven't even TAKEN my Remeron for the evening. Good excuse to try the new flax seeds I bought! (Not bad by the way!) I definately think I want to switch back. I don't care for the Lexapro. Feel blah, yucky, don't want to do anything and don't even care that Christmas is almost here! I see the pdoc Friday, I'll let ya know what she says. Oh, and if I do dx the Remeron, how do I do it? Any advice?

I never had any problem stopping a VERY sedative antidepressant like Remeron (or a sedative TCA). I just felt better because my brain woke up and I had energy to do things again. It's got a pretty lengthy half-life. I could "feel" the Remeron for about three-four days after I quit it previously. If you restarted Zoloft at the same time you stop the Remeron you *might not* have any problems. Good luck..
