Hi there,
I also suffer from the aforementioned malady... AND I have had Magnesium tablets in my fridge for several years, and haven't realized I had the secret right there!
Anyway, if the expiration date says sometime in the year 2000, would they still be any good? They've been in the fridge the whole time since I bought 'em.
Hope somebody knows the answer to this...
Thanks in advance,
Wendy
> Magnesium has worked wonders for me, especially with the bowel issues that come with ADs. Try taking it in the morning (250 mg), and possibly as well at night. Besides having a subtle calming effect, it also works to keep you regular as well, thus giving you better control over your bowels by not waxing in between diarrhea and constipation all the time.
