I did the same with my Zyprexa, stoped takeing it for a while as sort of a break from the drug and to loose weight. Eventualy I went back on the drug because I needed it. But now I have a better one that does not make me gain weight (Abilify). I also take an AD (Celexa), which works very well for a year that is not making me gain weight.
