Hi. Im afraid Im not exactly an expert but I believe I have a very similar problem. Id be interested in hearing more about your symptoms (of course if you dont mind) but you may be interested in amisulpride or sulpiride. (not available in us or canada, but there are ways) anyway, I tried amisulpride and it didnt work but many people have tried the stuff with great results for rds, dysthymia, social phobia... it is a dopamine d3/ d2 antagonist used for schizophrenia at doses around 600 to 1000mgs, but at doses around 50mgs it selectivly antagonizes presynaptic receptors which leads to signifigant increase in DA synthesis and release. There are several studies showing it to be effective for dysthymia. Im currently interested in mirapex, an anti parkinsons drug that increases DA, but there isnt all that much info on it. OH well.

Tom
