My dentist is treating it with a nouthguard. They made a mould of mouth and ti is made out of clear plastic and it keeps my mouth and jaw relaxed while I sleep.
I am not sure how much it was. But, it really really works, and if I am having a really stressful day, I just pop it in during the day.
