My mom is bipolar who had anxiety
with more of a component of abject
fear to it. She says that the AP takes
care of the abject fear. It really depends
on the nature of your anxiety. If it is linked
to things like fear of terrorist attacks,
sences of impending doom etc, you might respond.

As far as the sociability goes, it tends
to make my mom less opinionated and dogmatic,
which helps conversations go smoother, but
if that is not a stumling block for you
it may not help.

Ask any more if you want
