I think that a general rule would be that you would need roughly one third the dose of Lexapro compared to Celexa. Some people find that they only need one fourth of the dose.

I personally was on 60 mg Celexa and am now doing even better on 20 mg Lexapro. I feel better and am less tired.

One month might not be long enough on Lexapro. You might want to give it another couple of weeks on 20 mg. Then, try 25 or 30. Of course, get your doc's input first.
