Sometimes stimulants set the bar too high for what life should be. The euphoric effect and increased energy can do that. Maybe you should be thinking more along the lines of simply not being inhibited by your energy level, etc. Have you tried Provigil? It shouldn't interfere with sleep nearly as much as Adderall (which may allow you to lower your Seroquel dose) and may even be more effective for daytime drowsiness. Is insomnia the only reason you take Seroquel for? If so, you should consider something like Ambien or Sonata instead. It should put you to sleep, but won't suck the life out of you the next day.
