As to the anxiety, there is no reason for you to "just live with it". If you are generally pharmaceutal averse, try cognitive behavioral therapy.It is helpful for many people with mild to moderate anxiety disorders. If you aren't pharmaceutical averse try benzos. They have a long positive track record, and you'll be able to tell if they are helpful very quickly, often with the first dose.
Many doctors use ADs as their frontline choice for treating anxiety disorders. This is wrong-headed. Benzos have been shown time and again to be more effective than ADs for treating anxiety disorders.
