SAM-E and Paxil CR?

hey... what's all the buzz about SAM-E? What exactly is it?
And what about taking it in conjunction with Paxil? or Wellbutrin (asking this on behalf of a friend)...
I really know nothing about SAM-E so all info is greatly appreciated, as always.. thanks guys!
