Trileptal Experiences?

Anyone out there on trileptal? I've just started taking it at 150mg 2X per day. I'm wondering about how long before results might become apparent, and what dosage people are on. Also noticable side effects. Are people combining it with other meds. What do people notice as the therapeuitic effects- lack of cycling combined with anti depressant?
