Phosyhatdly serine is a compound found in
eggs, and meat. I'm not sure if its an amino acid or not. I is mainly used by body builders to reduce the prodiction of cortisol. It does effectivly reduce cortisol and increases dopamine production. Unfortunatly it is fairly expensive.
I have not tried it, but many say it has mood
elevating properties.
