> Hello. I am wondering whether it is possible to take my daily dosages of DL-Phenylalanine (750 mg.) & L-Tyrosine (500 mg) at the same time (namely when I awake in the morning)? If not, then how much time should I let elapse between dosages?
There is no need to take them at separate times. They will compete with each other, but the net effect will be to limit some conversion of one of the isomers of phenylalanine to tyrosine, until the tyrosine is used up.
