The seroquel is most definitely making you sleepy. I took it last spring specifically for that side effect. It did make me sleep nicely, but after a few weeks it started making me really groggy in the morning so I kept cutting the dose back until I was taking hardly any and yet still groggy. (Yet without the seroquel I couldn't sleep!) I have taken just about every sleep aid/AD combo there is and had tremendous problems at work because of my sleep problems. Unfortunatley, nothing worked long term for me. The best thing was trazodone, but that has caused problems, too. Good luck.
