Does DMAE, DHA really help w/ ADD?

I have been purchasing a product called Attentive Child by Source Naturals. How long until I notice a change, if any?

p.s. Contains DMAE bitartrate (100mg), DHA(15 mg.), l-aspartate, soybean lecithin, magnesium, zinc and grapeseed extract.
