Many people on this board are now using omega-3 fish oil and for some of them it has improved the quality of their life significantly.
Some of them complain about the cost of fish oil. However one of the effects I have noticed of people on fish oil is that some cut their smoking level and sometimes even give up smoking altogether with no withdrawals. The effect may take some time to appear but I have seen it in enough people now to recognise it as being a fairly common occurrence. You may have to take 5-10g of fish oil but again it varies very much from person to person (that is the total of EPA and DHA in the capsules, not the weight of the capsules themselves).Cutting down on smoking could easily save you the cost of the fish oil.
