Did you take enough dosage of fish oils for your depression? Each individual vary. Some need only 1000 mg of EPA and DHA, while others like me need 5000 mg of EPA and DHA. Also, did you take it long enough?
Fish oil is definitely more than a sugar pill.
The eskimos who take 18,000 mg of EPA and DHA a day has significantly less depression than people whose diet lack EPA and DHA.
