It appears that my "bipolar" if that's what it is (my doc said he wants to work on the anxiety before getting to treating bipolar if that's what it is) aggravates my ADD.

I definitely need to continue Adderall, it's just that on top of ADD I do get very intense about things in spouts followed by lulls of non-intensity on everything, including stuff I need to do.

This would *definitely* explain why my room goes a few weeks being spotlessly immaculate with a few weeks being dirty.... =)

Productivity, though, wow. that's the biggest thing, and bipolar+add would definitely explain why my productivity is never consistent through the school year...
