When I tried it I got stomach pain at the lowest dose and gave up on it fairly quickly. I was trying it in combination with 5-HTP, which is also supposed to increase seratonin. It had no noticeable effect on my depression. My trial failed, but it was kind of half-hearted. I'm not very tolerant of stomach upset.
