Were you going to *add* the Neurontin to your Celexa or just switch to Neurontin? SSRI's cause me all sorts of horrible GI disturbances. Neurontin tends to produce highly variable reactions in people (like anything else can). At low doses I found it somewhat stimulating and calming, also seemed to have an antidepressant effect. Higher doses tended to sedate me rather heavily, I didn't like that. You might find Effexor to work a little better than the other SSRI's for pain syndromes (many have posted here with success for neuropathic pain/fibro).
