Side Effects, interest in Sex specifically

I asked my Doctor to change me from Prozac, 40 mg a day to something that did not have the side effects I was seeing from Prozac (low sexual desire), he changed me to Effexor XR, 75 mg. to get rid of this side effect, does anyone know if this truly works?
