Switching to Wellbutrin SR from Celexa for Panic

What should I expect. My GP wants me to taper off Celexa over 2 weeks (from 20 mg/day) to wellbutrin SR start at 150 in am for a week starting the 3rd week and then 150 am and afternoon for the 4th week. I take Celexa for Panic and I have experienced wt. gain (about 25 lbs) Trying Wellbutrin to get the weight off and hoping it doesnt increase panic attack frequency.
