Lexapro, Wellbutrin Weight Gain

I recently transitioned from Zoloft to Wellbutrin and have been on Wellbutrin for 5 weeks. I gained 30 pounds while on Zoloft and since starting Wellbutrin have lost 8 pounds. My doc just added Lexapro 10mg. Has anyone gained weight on Lexapro? Thanks.
