Don't know where you heard that, but I'd hazard a guess that caffeine affects people with ADD in diff ways just like it does regular people. For me, caffeine does nothing - nada, zilch. Nothing at all. It's possible if caffeine were to affect me, I'd need very high doses but why bother. I don't feel any different from two Wake-Up pills (the equivalent of 2 cups strong coffee). I can sleep through it. So much for the sensitivity of people with ADD to caffeine - at least in me. But wait to see what others say too.
