2nd day after being alive:

took 40 mg prozac at 8 am
took 40 mg prozac at 2 pm instead of 12 pm. Effects greatly reduced. obsessions came back in full force.

Seems to me that both dosage should be taken at around 4 hours apart for maximum efficacy.


Day 3
took 40mg prozac in morning + deanxit(8am) and 40mg prozac in afternoon (12pm)+ xanax. optimum effects felt.

used Dr. Jeffrey's 4 step method to work around the OC thoughts.

Also took 3000-4000mg fish oil and 3 bananas.
