A "sweet tooth" is not a medicaton side effect directly related to weight gain. Although may stimulate certain ares of the brain that ask for specific kinds of food, you can try to trade off with strawberris, carrot sicks, baked corn chips...you just to to get used to it, which takes a bit, but isoon it will be habit. Than relax this weekend with a pint of ben and jerry's this weekend knowig that you are eating better on the whole.
But to answer, wellburerin--and make sure tyou get the extended relese form- is prob the only "new" anti-depressent associated with weightloss, not gain. The trade, and yes there always is...wellbuterin must be used with some caution: there is evidence that wellbutrin my cause seizures in some users. I have no background of epilepsy, ect. but doc insisted i take an anti-seizue pill at the same time. ~Tony
