I'm ignorant as to what a comparable dose is. Intuitively, 12.5mg is half the recommended initial dose of Paxil CR and 10mg is half the recommended initial dose of regular Paxil. If that is in fact how to arrive at a comparable dose than yes that is what I am saying. I don't want to spread misinformation. I'm sure if there was a lower rate of sexual dysfunction in the trials for Paxil CR they'd be advertising it. However, my experience has been positive in this regard.
