I have no idea if the wellbutrin contributed to my withdrawal side effects since effexor withdrawal is difficult. One web site I visited ( http://www.canmat.org/depress/three/rima.html) said that the following are withdrawal effects of effexor, serzone, and wellbutrin:

OOOOHHHHH Boy!!! several years ago my then pdoc upped my WB from 300mg to 450 mgs and my heart started racing and i went off COLD and i had NO knowledge that the side effects i was having which included a lot of what you mentioned PLUS severe crying jags and major emotional crashing - were due to going off the WB. I went back on and am currently on 300 mg. Recently i was on Lexapro as well but after 3 and a half weeks the only positive was that i had found this site, everything else wasn't so positive. I went off that and had two days of crying jags but knowing why helped emmensly. My advice - if you want it - is if youre getting off of anything (WB, Lexapro, whatever) treat yourself like you have the flu - wrap yourself in a quilt, sip soup, and know it'll all pass with time. Good luck and hang in there. man oh man, i hate needing meds and not knowing which ones. -horridmonster
