No, I am doing very good right now,
and I will not change unless something
goes wrong.I take the following:
Celxa 10mg
Fish Oil - 4mg/day
Folic Acid + Vit B12
A few of the B vitamins like Choline Bitrate,
may not help depression. There have been studies
that show poor antidepressant responce is
directly linked to low folate leves. Those
who had the highest folate leves had the best
responce. I will try and find the link. I am not sure how they work but they really do. I was on 20 mg for the longest time, and could not lower it at all. After two weeks of the Folic Acid, I was able to easily lower it to 10 mg with only about a day of symptoms. It is cheap as anything
and it really does work. There usually is not enough in a multivitamin, and it's absorbtion is decreassed by other vitamins.I honestly recomend it. 2 weeks and you will tell
the difference.Linkadge
let me know if how it works out - if you do.
