Hey babe, and remember, I'm always here to help you... Going off the meds completely probably wasn't a very smart move. I don't know... I tried that before myself, got off all the prescription meds, stopped drinking, smoking, cut all the alternative drugs out of my life, for 3 months went sober as can be, and damn... that was probably the lowest point of my mental health so far during this lifetime. I found out, in my case anyways, sometimes you can't just wish yourself better. Maybe getting off the meds altogether is what has made the past few days so rough on you.Remember though, I'm always going to be here to help you. You should check your email address as much as you check this message board because whenever you're on my mind I shoot you an email. You're simply not alone in this so don't think that you are.
I left my phone number for you in the last email that I sent you (not too sure if you've seen that yet) and no matter where you are, you can call me. I'll just pick up, get the number where you're currently at from you, and call you back ASAP. Don't worry, I've got special LD deals on my line and I'm living fairly comfortable too at the moment. You can call any time of the day babe, whenever you feel that you need somebody to talk to. If it's late at night though, I'll probably be too sedated to answer the phone so just leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as possible.
Lilsis, medication is sometimes the best way to go. Even though I STILL hate taking drugs every day just to feel normal, and I probably always will hate it, it's just that you have to change the way that you're looking at your situation. If you were a cancer patient, would you not accept Kemo? Hell, I know if you were a cancer patient you'd probably be smoking up all the legal weed your doctor would prescribe you. A mental illness should be looked at the same as that.
Anyways, whenever you need somebody to talk to, or just to listen, I'm here, ok? No more thinking that you're going through this alone. I won't let you go through this alone unless you decide that you don't want me around anymore. So when you're at your parents place and have access to the computer, check your emails as much as you check this board. And if you think it would help you, use that number that I sent you.
As long as you stay strong, like I know you are, and be reasonable about this situation (for example, don't refuse drugs that could possibly help you... whatever happened to agreeing to try it out for at least one month???) we'll get through this.
