What's the highest dose of paxil?

I am currently on 50 mg of Paxil which works very well for my anxiety and depression but doesn't do the trick for some annoying OCDs. Is anyone on a higher dose than 50? I don't really want to try something new because going off paxil to get pregnant was a nightmare.
