Hey there, I don't know if this could be of any help at all, but sublingual B-complex seems to help (w/o anx.), and this is very strange (and I haven't been able to figure it out), is taking 500mg of l-tyrosine (AM-empty stomach) which I have been tinkering with for months now. It seems to have a very odd positive synergy with low-dose Effexor+low-dose WB. I get a positive response for a week or so and then it fades.. I quit it for a while.. and then I retry it again for a while and it "works" again for several more days. I don't really know what to make of it. Anyhow, my meds now are XR-Effexor 12.5mg + L-tyrosine 500mg + sublingual B's in the AM, then bupropion 75mg + Ritalin-LA 20mg + 2G fishoil + multivitamin at midday with lunch, then Depakote 250-500mg + Klonopin .5mg + Neurontin 100mg + diphenhydramine 25mg at bedtime.
