Chad,

Doctors are not held liable for an antipsychotic side effect. Doctors are not required to mention side effects.

As far as I know, most doctors I know simply write scripts for antipsychotics. They're only liable if they're making the antipsychotic medicine from their bathroom tubs, and THEN they don't mention the side effects.
