Thanks a lot you guys,
I think i needed to go a month ago, but am feeling better now. But im gunshy, like i feel like Im not really out of the woods yet. Its a weird feeling. I hope i dont get that bad again, but now i have a better idea of when i should go. Thats one of the things that was scary before is I didnt know how bad would it have to get.
