Does anyone have any experience with this combo? My pdoc is very good at what he does, so I am hoping this will give me the added boost I am looking for. Thanks!

I believe desipramine is a metabolite of imipramine. This may work well, as I know a few folks who's doctors prescribed the same things, with good success. I also think it is finally being realised that the older tricyclic medications can work much better than the newer meds in many people. Good luck, and let us know how you make out.
