I'm aware that in theory the norepinephrine overides the antihistamine qualities at doses of 45-60mg. How about a dose of 30mg? Would the serotonin and norepinephrine qualities be approximately the same or does one predominate? I want to know because I believe I have the classic "Serotonin Deficiency Syndrome" and Remeron makes me aggitated and somewhat angry at 45mg. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
