my pharmacy has a sticker on my celexa that says "warning, may cause drowsiness". i never found it to be sleep inducing, but try taking it at night just for kicks.

seroquel has a half-life of 7 hours. if you were given split doses, then you should be taking them separately. your doc must want you to have some of the brain-calming effects of seroquel during the day.

but if you are tired, talk to your doc. your dose of seroquel sounds very high to me. if i were you, i would want to cut it (but still take some morning and night if that is doc's advice)
