I read the abstract of a study, indicating that the noradrenaline reuptake inhibition due to venlafaxine starts at dosages 225 - 300 mg/day.
So, I guess it would take something like several thousands of miligrams of venlafaxine to achieve dopamine reuptake inhibition....
