I've felt what I think you're describing after discontinuing every SSRI (& Effexor, which was basically an SSRI at the dose I was taking) I've ever taken, even Prozac. It went away on its own after a while, but I found taking a small dose of whichever I was most recently on helped get rid of 'em. I had to *chew* the Effexor granules, though, for it to work with that stuff. Yum!

I didn't really mind, 'cause the effect was -- usually, except with (can you guess?) yep, Effexor -- mild and the altered perception was even kinda fun.:) I never had the electric zap sort of withdrawal thingy lots of people describe.

How long ago did you quit taking Celexa?
