Washout/Wellbutrin + Serzone/Going to Parnate

Hi pbabblers,

Could anyone give me the official washout times to make the transition from Wellbutrin + Serzone to Parnate? I believe Dr. Bob's Tips indicates a one week washout for Serzone but I couldn't find information on Wellbutrin.

Current Meds.
Serzone 250mg
Wellbutrin SR 350mg
Klonopin .5mg
Ambien 10mg
