Doing a Google search but putting in site:edu will eliminate most of what you don't want. Including site:edu will make sure that all the sites that come back are from university sites (where most of the research is done anyway). There's 282 sites that come up like this.
You still need to narrow it down but past the first few pages, the other sites will have little of value. So base it on
the title that comes up (e.g. Medications for Narcolepsy),
the description of the site (e.g. www.uic.edu/depts/cnr/medications_for_narcolepsy.htm),
the size of the info on the site (e.g. 26k),
and if something does seem useful after reading the page, check back with Google & see if it has
'Similar pages' included at the end of the description that may have additional material.
[For instance, the above example I used would not be useful for you unless you have narcolepsy.]When you open the site you're checking over, if your browser is Microsop's IE, you can select 'Edit' from the menu,
select 'Find (on This Page)' or Ctrl+F & type in desoxyn
so you won't need to wade through line after line looking for what you want. It's what anybody does when they need to find pertinent info on something, drug related or not. I could do it for you but I'm busy. Why not do it yourself? You'd be surprised how good your fact finding becomes.
