Zyprexa. Also, my motivation seems to have lessened. Does anyone have long term with this combination? Is this progressive? Why the weight gain? Does the Zyprexa actually slow down the metabolism? As I have read in an earlier post.

yeah i take 5 mg and in the beginning my motivation lessened which i thought was great.. because i couldn't concentrate on just one task till i took zyprexa.... unfortunately after about a week my motivation came back (maybe it was just sedation?) and my doc increased my (stimulating) antidepressant so who knows

maybe your doc thinks it's a good thing to have less motivation? like sure maybe you won't be as motivated at some tasks, but it may help you concentrate on one thing better ???

as for weight gain... i dunno about metabolism ... i personally just find myself hungrier... which is cool cuz it makes eating more fun ! i've only gained about 5 or 6 pounds though so i can't complain
