Hi Rob,

When Nardil stopped working for me, I did a nardil/lamictal combination and for a while it did the trick. (I don't have a dysthymia diagnosis; more major recurrent depression).

Lithium is traditionally the first line for augmentation, but it didn't work for me. Neither did topomax, or any stimulents. And I also got an okay to start sam-e with the MAOI, but also with no success. Of course, ymmv.
